Kentucky Just Us Unveils Captivating Music Video for “Wild Blue Violets” Ahead of Their Upcoming Album as They Celebrate a Decade of Music
Just when you thought you’d seen every side of Kentucky Just Us, the music video for “Wild Blue Violets,” proves there’s still more to discover. This stunning new release marks a bold step forward for the band, blending their signature sound with rich visual storytelling.
This “Wild Blue Violets” Official Music Video brings the song’s bluesy, roots-driven feel to life. From hard hitting banjo riffs and soulful harmonies to progressive, emotive lyrics, the video showcases the groups evolving artistry. Written and produced by band member and National Banjo Champion Jesse Meador, “Wild Blue Violets” was inspired by a simple life moment:
“ Caleb and I were helping our friend Doug with some yard work when I noticed these little blue violets growing in his yard. I asked him what he wanted me to do with them and Doug said pull them all up, they are just weeds. That’s when I had the idea for “Wild Blue Violets.”
The video release comes as Kentucky Just Us celebrates 10 incredible years in the music industry. Hailing from Glasgow, Kentucky, this award-winning ensemble has made a name for themselves with their electrifying blend of Country, Bluegrass, and Folk, tight harmonies and powerful stage presence.
