On Oct. 20th, Kentucky Just Us received a scholarship from the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation at their first appearance at the Bloomin’ Bluegrass Festival in Farmers Branch, TX. “We would like to thank Mr. Alan Tompkins, and the Bluegrass Heritage Foundation for doing that for us, and also the Kentucky School of Bluegrass and Traditional Music. We appreciate you guys helping us do what we love to do.” said Kacey, the fiddle player for the band.
